How it works
Three steps. We carry the middle one.
We're an advertising company for owners. That's why there's a person on the other end of every request, and why the money never passes through us.
Find a week, or list yours
Search the owner listings, or tell us about the week you own. Every listing carries a Property ID so you can reference it by phone or email.
We relay the offer
Send a request and we tidy it up and take it to the owner the same business day. The owner accepts, declines, or counters, and we bring the answer back.
You finish it with the owner
Our rental agreement template, the steps to check in through the resort, and for a sale, a title company we can refer you to. Payment goes from you to the owner, never through us.
For owners
One cost, quoted for your property. Nothing else.
- No commission when your week rents or your ownership sells.
- No annual renewal and no add-ons. Your ad runs until the job is done.
- You decide who rents or buys, and on what terms. We never hold a deposit, a key, or a deed.
- Reach beyond this website: our booth at Central Florida consumer shows and our representatives at industry trade shows nationwide.
It depends on the resort, the season, and whether you're renting or selling, so we quote it for your property rather than off a price list. Call and we'll tell you the number before you decide anything.
