Conventions and trade shows

Bring the whole team. Skip the hotel bill.

A resort suite from a private owner, a short drive from the convention center. Real bedrooms, a full kitchen, a living room for the evening debrief, and one weekly price the owner sets. Tell us the show and the dates; we'll email you what owners have.

Built for exhibitors, planners, and road crews.
  • Two- and three-bedroom units, so the team stays under one roof
  • Owner's price for the week, no nightly rate times rooms times nights
  • No timeshare presentation, no sales pitch, no obligation
  • You deal with the owner; we handle the introductions and the paperwork templates

Why a resort week

One suite instead of four hotel rooms.

Convention weeks are exactly when downtown hotels charge the most. Timeshare owners in the same cities have weeks they won't use, and they'd rather rent them to a team than let them go empty.

Space to work

Separate bedrooms, a living room big enough for a morning huddle, a kitchen for coffee and early breakfasts, and a washer for the week's shirts. Most units sleep four to eight.

A price that makes sense

The owner sets one price for the week. Compare it with a nightly hotel rate multiplied by rooms and nights, plus parking and resort fees, and the math usually settles it.

Close to the center

Resorts cluster in the big convention cities. Every listing we send you includes the drive time to the center, so you can decide between the short commute and the bigger unit.

How it works

Send the show. We send the weeks.

We're an advertising company for owners, not a booking site. That's why there's a person on the other end, and why the money never passes through us.

Tell us the show

Show name, city, dates, and how many people. The form below takes about a minute.

You

We shortlist owner weeks

We pull the owner listings that fit your dates and city, with the owner's price and the drive to the center, and email them to you. Usually the same business day.

Us

You pick, the owner answers

Make an offer on the one you want. We relay it to the owner, who accepts, declines, or counters, and we carry the answer back.

The owner, through us

Book with the owner

Our rental agreement template, the steps to check in through the resort, and you're set. Payment goes from you to the owner; we never hold a deposit.

You and the owner, with our help

Convention cities

Where the shows are, and where owners have weeks.

These are the cities we get asked about most. If your show is somewhere else, ask anyway; owner listings come and go, and our reps hear about new weeks before they hit the site.

Orlando

Orange County Convention Center

Our home base and the deepest pool of owner weeks anywhere: International Drive, Lake Buena Vista, and Kissimmee, all within a short drive of the center.

Las Vegas

Las Vegas Convention Center

Resort suites on and just off the Strip. The owner's weekly price is the same whether or not there's a show in town.

New York

Javits Center

The city where a hotel room for the crew costs the most. Owner weeks in and around Manhattan turn up in spurts; get your dates to us early.

Chicago

McCormick Place

Downtown and near-north resort units for the big industrial and food shows. Tell us your dates and we'll check what owners have.

Atlanta

Georgia World Congress Center

A big convention calendar and a growing list of owner weeks in the metro. Ask us for your dates.

New Orleans

Ernest N. Morial Convention Center

Resort units near the French Quarter and the riverfront, a walk or a short ride from the center.

Houston

George R. Brown Convention Center

Energy, medical, and industrial shows fill the downtown hotels fast. Owner weeks give the team a place to spread out.

Branson

Branson Convention Center

One of the biggest timeshare markets in the country, so owner weeks are plentiful for shows, reunions, and group trips.

Find our booth

We work the show floor too.

Exhibiting at a show we're at? Come by the booth. Tell us your next show city and we'll pull owner weeks for it on the spot.
  • Consumer shows in Central Florida: the Orlando Home & Garden Show, the Orlando Boat Show, bridal shows, the Surf Expo, and Comic Con, every year.
  • Industry trade shows nationwide, where our representatives meet exhibitors face to face and email them owner weeks for the cities on their show calendar.
  • Planning a show we should be at? Show organizers and exhibitor-services teams: get in touch and we'll talk about a booth or an accommodations partnership.

Straight answers

What exhibitors ask us first.

Short version: it works like renting a vacation home from its owner, with us making the introductions.

Do we pay you anything?
No. Owners pay to advertise with us. You pay the owner for the week, and nothing to us.
We only need three nights. Is that a problem?
Sometimes. Most owner weeks run seven nights with a fixed check-in day. Some owners offer shorter stays, and a full week is often still cheaper than the hotel. Tell us your dates and we'll show you both.
Who do we pay, and how?
The owner, directly. The rental agreement template covers the amount and the schedule. We never hold deposits or payments.
Can we get a receipt for expenses?
Yes, from the owner. The agreement doubles as your record, and most owners are happy to provide a paid receipt.
How far from the convention center?
It depends on the city. Every listing we send includes the drive time, so you choose between the closest unit and the biggest one.
Is there a timeshare presentation?
Never. You're renting from a private owner. No tour, no sales floor, no obligation.
